In episode three of History Stories, Dr. Megan Easley-Walsh shares a look behind the scenes at her connections to the year 1884. This year, and one international event in particular, proved so interesting that she wrote both her novel, Meridian, as well as her doctoral thesis about it. She also examines why it’s important to not only look at history and International Relations through wars. She also discusses a recent find at an antiques fair and how it relates to Meridian.
